Shankh Air is eager to collaborate closely with Noida International Airport to provide seamless connections to airports across the nation.

Shankh Air, a domestic airline from Uttar Pradesh, is gearing up to make waves at the upcoming Noida International Airport.

The airline’s chairman, Sharvan Kumar Vishwakarma, alongside its co-founders and management team, recently met with Christoph Schnellmann, the airport’s CEO, and Kiran Jain, the COO, to seal the deal on making Noida Airport its main hub, as reported by TOI.

They plan to station at least three of their planned Boeing 737-800NG aircraft at Noida, signaling a strong commitment to the region’s aviation landscape. Moreover, Shankh Air expressed keen interest in launching flights to various destinations and exploring new city connections.

Noida International Airport, situated near the budding YEIDA city in Uttar Pradesh, is set to be India’s newest international airport, developed by Zurich Airport International.

Designed to enhance connectivity in the Delhi NCR region, it aims to serve residents of Greater Noida, Noida, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, South Gurgaon, Agra, and nearby areas.

Once operational, with DXN as its IATA code, Noida International Airport aims to rival global aviation hubs like those in New York, London, and Tokyo, facilitating seamless travel experiences.

Shankh Air, currently undergoing the no objection certification process with the Union Ministry of Civil Aviation, is positioned as a full-service carrier committed to safety, sustainability, and reliability.

The airline is enthusiastic about collaborating closely with Noida International Airport to offer smooth connections to various destinations across the country.
